All OPRA requests are to be submitted to the Borough Clerk who serves as the custodian of records for the Borough of Hightstown. Completed OPRA forms can be mailed, faxed, e-mailed or dropped off in person to the Borough Clerk at Hightstown Borough Hall, which is located at 156 Bank Street, Hightstown, NJ. 08520. Completed OPRA requests should NOT be forwarded to Hightstown Police Department.
